A 29-year-old lady suffered from an intermittent mildly pruritic blister eruption on the trunk, face and 4 limbs for 2 years. Physical examination revealed that the lesions were more dense on the abdomen. Initially, a small vesicle on an erythematous base appeared, changing into pustule and enlarged gradually to become a flower-like bullous eruption. A 44-year-old single male has suffered from multiple recurrent blisters form 15 years. These blisters were mostly induced by minor trauma and usually healed with cars, milia, atrophy and hypopigmentation. Most of the body surface and oral mucosa have been involved during the course. Nails of all digits and most of the teeth were lost. In addition to esophageal stricture, contracture and pseudosyndactyly of the hands and feet also resulted.   Lymphangioma Circumscriptum of the Scrotum and the Penis - Report of A Case -

One unusual case of lymhangioma circumscriptum of a 57-year-old male patient is reported. The lesions appeared as asymptomatic, frogspawnlike vesicles, localized on the scrotum and the penis with swelling of the underlying tissue. Histology of the lesions showed large dilated lymphatic spaces in the upper dermis with elongated rete ridges. The epidermis also exhibited mild hyperkeratosis and acanthosis. The cutaneous lesions associated with reflux of chyle and lymphatic fluid from the skin have received little attention in the dermatological literature.
