A typical case of neuroendocrine carcinoma of skin (NECS) is reported. Our case was a 54-year-old male patient who had a tumor over the dorsum of the left hand for 4 years. Biopsy showed lymphoma-like round cell proliferation. The cells stained positive with neuron-specific enolase and cyokeratin, the latter revealing a paranuclear globule-like pattern.   Granular Cell Tumor - A Case Report

Granular cell tumor usually presents as an asymptomatic mass in the skin, mucous membrane, or subcutaneous tissue. The most common site is the tongue (40%). It is rarely considered in the clinician's differential diagnosis. We herein report a granular cell tumor occurred in the right wrist of a 34-year-old man.   Pityriasis Rubra Pilaris - Two Case Report and a Review of Clinical Types

A 25-year-old male presented with symmetric intractably itchy urticarial plaques and papulovesicular eruptions on post-auricular areas, trunk, four limbs for 2 weeks. Histologic findings demonstrated subepidermal vesicle with abundant neutrophils and a few eosinophils. Papillary microabscess in perilesional areas also noted.   Pilomatricoma-like Change in an Epidermal Cyst - A Case Report

We herein report an epidermal cyst with pilomatricoma-like change. A 38-year-old male presented with a solitary, asymptomatic subcutaneous nodule on the right forearm for about five years. There is no contributory information regarding his past and family history.
