Dermatol Sinica 1: 13-16, 1983

A 55 years old male noted an erythematous nodule on the glans about half a year ago. This erythematous nodule was slightly tender without itching. Brownish depressed scar on the nodule was developed. Bilateral inguinal lymph nodes were enlarged. Hard induration was developed over the whole penile shaft. Primary squamous cell carcinoma was proved by light microscopic and electromicoscopic examination. The primary penile carcinoma with diffuse infilytration on the whole penile shaft without ulceration was rather rare. Light microscople and electromicroscpic finging was discussed and literatures related to this case were reviewed.
