LEOPARD syndrome, (multiple lentigines syndrome), an autososmal dominant disorder, has been associated with numerous abnormalities of variable clinical expression. We report a 12-year-old girl with multiple brownish spots on her whole body since childhood, which are increasing during recent years. Physical and laboratory examination revealed multiple lentigines, electrocardiogram conduction defects, retardation of growth, ocular telorism and sensorineural deafness. Histopathology showed a picture of lentigo simplex. In view of clinical and pathological findings, we concluded this is a typical case of LEOPARD syndrome.
