Benign familial chronic pemphigus is a rare hereditary entity and characterized byt rcurrent vesicular eruptions located mainly on the neck, axillae and groin area. The vesicles soon ruptured leaving a moist, vegetating surface. We report a case and review the literature regarding history, genetics, etiology, predisposing factors, patient profile clinical manifestation, immunofluorescence, histopathology, electron microscopic findings, differential diganosis and tratment.
