Familial Benign Chronic Pemphigus

A case of familial benign chronic pemphigus is described. The lesion around the anus was initially thought to be condyloma acuminatum by primary service. Papulosquamous lesions over neck and axilla were also noted. Patient's mother had the similar lesions- Histopathologic finding showed a pattern of familial benign chronic pemphigus. The DIF & IIF examinations were negative. The response to topical steroid and systemic antibiotic were good.
