Mycosis fungodes is a rare type of cutaneous T-cell lymphoma in Taiwan, China. We herein report a 71-year-old man affected by nummerous erythematous, scaly plaqus over abdomen. Physical examination revealed no lymphadenopathy or hepatosplenomegaly. The cutaneous T lymphocytes reacted with Leu-1, Leu-3 and Leu-4 monoclonal antibodies. DNA analysis of the cutaneous T lymphocytes showed clonal gene rearrangement of the T cell receptor gene (TCR ). The patient received whole body electron beam radiotherapy after diagnosis. All the skin leisions subsided completely and showed no recurrence after six months.
