Dermatol Sinica 8: 41-45, 1990

We report the first case of sebaceous carcinoma arising from nevus sbaceus. A 48-year-old man noted a luster of waxy papules on his parietal scalp for about 30years.Some of the papules enlarged rapidly in the past six-months. The enlarged mass was proved histopathologically to be sebaceous carcinoma and the surrounding papuls were nevus sebaceus. The lesion was totally excised. There was no evidence of recurrence of the tumor within half year of follow up.
