Histopathology confirmed the diagnosis of condylomata acuminata and flat warts. Studies of hybridization revealed human papillomavirus (HPV) type 6 in the cauli-flower lesion of genitalia. Immunological studies showed the patient had defect of cell-mediated immunity. Multiple infections with HPVs due to immunological incompetence or immune deficiency secondary to HPVs infection was proposed.
