A 64-year-old male living in Blackfoot disease endemic area suffered from diffuse dark brown and white spots on his trunk and extremities for 5 years as a result of drinking of underground water for 50 years. One year ago, dark-reddish brown patches with erosion on his trunk and an erythematous plaque with erosion and scaling on his left hip were found. Biopsy were performed and pathology showed Bowen's disease. The lesions subsided gradually after liquid nitrogen cryotherapy with satisfactory carring effect. Afterward two fungating masses with erythematous plaque was detected on his left hip. Excision of the masses was performed and pathology showed Bowen's carcinoma.
