We described a 39-year-old male presented with numerous asymptomatic papules on his left neck. These papules developed about 20 years ago and gradually increased in number. As the patient stated, no member of his family showed similar skin lesoions. Histopathological examination revealed several dilated hair follicles, each was surrounded by a well-circumscribed mantle of loose connective tissue. Extending outward from the follicular infundibulum into the fibrous stroma were epithelial strands usually 2 to 4 cell layers in thickness. Clusters of sebaceous lobules were also found within these epithelial strands. Based on the above findings, we diagnosed it as a case of multiple fibrofolliculomas.
