Histopathology revealed many dilated vessel channels in the dermis and cavernous hemangioma was diagnosed. Gastritis and duodenitis were noted with panendoscopic examination. About 10 bluish hemangiomas were noted over the entire colon with colonoscopy. The skin lesions were photocoagulated with CO2 laser and post-operative condition was well.
