Cutaneous Metastases from Hepatoma
Shih-Tzu Tseng, Ming-Yeu Lee, Ho-Hsing Chang
Dermatol Sinica 15: 207-210, 1997

A 51 year-old male presented with a papule over forehead noted 10 days ago. Biopsy of the lesion revealed neoplastic cells arranged in trabecular pattern in dermis. Cutaneous metastases from heatoma was diagnosed. Hepatoma with skin metastases were rarely reported in the literature and they accounted for less than 1% of total cutaneous metastases, even rarer to be the first sign of hepatoma. We report this case for clinical dermatological interest.
