Dermatol Sinica 17: 148-152, 1999

Syringocystadenoma papilliferum is an uncommon adnexal adenoma mostly located on the head and neck. We describe a 19-year-old male patient who had five erythematous, aggregated oval papules with punctate surface on the abdomen. They varied in size from 8 mm to 1.6 cm and were firm in consistency. The diagnosis of syringocystadenoma papilliferum was established based on the typical histopathologic features.
