Anetoderma is a localized laxity of the skin with herniation or out-pouching resulting from abnormal elastic tissue. We present a typical case of anetoderma which was observed in a 34-year-old male who presented with one-year history of increasing in number of well-circumscribed, normal skin-colored, soft bladder-like pouches over the back and some atrophic patches on bilateral flexor aspect of the forearms. Histopathology revealed focal decrease of elastic fibers in the dermis.
