We report a case of odontogenic sinus presenting as a pyogenic granuloma-like nodule. A 76 year-old male suffered from an erythematous, firm, crusted nodule with skin retraction on the chin right above the jaw border for more than one year. Radiology and pathology confirmed the diagnosis of odontogenic sinus. The lesion completely healed after teeth extraction. |
