Mycosis fungoides is the most common type of cutaneous T-cell lymphoma, and many different clinicopathological variants exist. Interstitial mycosis fungoides is a rare variant of mycosis fungoides. We herein report a 75-year-old woman affected by multiple erythematous, violaceous macules with intense pruritus on the trunk and arms. Histopatholgy of the lesion showed epidermotropism of convoluted lymphocytes with focal Pautrier microabscesses in the epidermis and interstitial lymphoid cells infiltration in mid-reticular dermis. Interstitial mycosis fungoides was diagnosed. We report this case and literatures were reviewed.
